With a very simple LED installation, you can add new warmth and crisp clean tones to your kitchen. Peter, one of our domestic customers, used a combination of 5-watt and 10-watt LED strips to enhance this beautiful kitchen space.
The LEDs Peter chose produce a warm-white shade of lighting (colour temperature 3000 kelvin), to create a cosy and welcoming feel. He used 5W (12v) LED strips for his cabinet lights, and lengths of 10W (24v) LEDs to provide the attractive plinth-lighting.
All the LED strips were pre-cut to the exact measurements that were required, and InStyle also added extended starter-leads to the tapes so they could be easily connect back to their power-supply modules. The LED strips were fully marked up by our specialist team before dispatch, to make installation simple and straightforward.
“The dimmable 24v 10W plinth tapes are perfect for the job,” Peter says, “bright when you need and subtle when just for effect. Equally the 12v 5W lengths within the cupboards are a dream – no more dark cupboard corners for us.”
